Three questions, fast
Someone holding a ticket wants to know three things:
- Can they help with this ticket?
- What will it cost me?
- What happens next?
Tickets come from councils, TfL, private car parks and more, at different stages, with deadlines and discount windows. The service needed to answer that first question on the spot, and leave the judgement calls to a person.

From a photo of a ticket to a saved case
-
Upload your ticket
Start from the homepage: snap the ticket or pick a photo from your library. There's a typed form if you'd rather.
-
We read the details for you
The ticket number, issuer, registration, amount, dates and deadline are filled in. You check and correct everything before going on.
-
Saved, with a case reference

An instant answer on whether it's a ticket they take on, a case reference, and WhatsApp updates if you opt in.
-
A person reviews every case
Staff work through cases by status and send a quote link. Customers pay by card only after they accept it.
The decisions that shaped it
AI reads, people decide
The AI only reads the ticket. A person reviews every case and sends the quote, and only Stripe itself can mark a payment as made.
The price follows the ticket
The fee is worked out from what the issuer is asking for that day, so it drops while the discount window is open.
WhatsApp that doesn't spam
Updates are opt-in and unticked by default, capped at five messages a day per number, and each one is sent once.
Features switch on one at a time
Each feature stays off until it's set up and checked, and switches itself off if its configuration is wrong. Card payments, for example, only turn on once the terms are signed off.
What the client says
“Adnan was amazing to work with. He kept me informed, finished the project on time and was always available when I needed him. The AI photo scanner he built, and the logic behind it, has really helped my workflow and is saving me a lot of time.”
Live and in use.
The website, ticket checker, staff area and WhatsApp updates are live, with automated tests running on every change. The owner says the AI photo scanner is saving him a lot of time.
